Abstract
Organization Development is a managerial discipline which has been incorporated by all the military services in the United States of America. This thesis examines the need and potential to bring Organization Development into the Korea Air Force in the near future. After explaining what Organization Development is, and how it is used in the U. S. military, Korea's environment, its cultural traits, and the Air Force's particularities are brought into discussion. The view is taken that OD is needed and viable in th'e Korea Air Force, but that OD should be tried on a gradual basis with a careful modification process.
