This study provides the needed coat/benefit
Analysis, utilizing a standard systems analysis, to
update the tracking of the Quality Deficiency
Reporting System at the Navy's Fleet Material Support
Office, Mechanicaburg, Pennsylvania.
This Thesis analyzes the present system, proposes
an alternative manual process, establishes an interim
