A sun-splashed Southern California morning greeted visitors and distringuished guests as they arrived at Joint Forces Traing Base Los Alamitos Feb. 9 for the 79th Sustainment Support Command Change of Command ceremony. Maj. Gen. William D. Frink handed command over in the shadow of the 79th SSC's brand new headquarters building...He later went to earn a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in 1990 and a Master of Strategic Studies from the Army War College in 2000.
