Abstract
The objective of this study is to identify patterns in past
appropriations to CINCPACFLT and to project trends thus identified
into the future. The study analyzes budget data, examines trends
and patterns, and adresses implications relative to budget
expectations for the future. The data and analysis may aid the
Navy in formulating strategies to justify future budgets to improve
the allocation of financial resources.
