NPS Graduate School of Business and Public Policy (GSBPP) Professor Yu-Chu Shen is an empirical health economist, examining how issues such as mental health and unit cohesion impact readiness in real costs. Her latest project, however, could lead to a major breakthrough in treating soldiers with post-traumatic stress disorder, although through an entirely new approach.
