Abstract
The education, skills and experience required for IW warfighters have not been fully identified nor have training programs been evaluated for their capability to support IW force and systems readiness. Competency frameworks, learning plans, and assessment metrics are needed to structure requirements, identify gaps, and design training to ensure IW force/systems readiness.
