Abstract
This thesis analyzes the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making tool. The analysis shows what information can be gained about a military decision-maker who uses
the AHP, and how this information can be utilized, permitting U.S. and allied forces to execute efficient and effective military operations. A case study of the AHP decision-making process
demonstrates techniques that can be used to garner information about the decision-maker and
potentially influence their future decisions.
