dc.description.abstractIf the science of guided missiles is to continue to advance, each component part of the missile mast be perfected. This means that a satisfactory propulsive system capable of continual operation to some degree must be developed. The development of a satisfactory expansion joint for the rocket motor is one phase of this problem.en_US
