Abstract
On Oct. 26, 2018, the gates of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) opened to the Monterey Peninsula for the university's annual Discover NPS Day. Throughout the day, an estimated 2,700 school children, teachers, parents, and community members from across the Monterey region, streamed through the campus to touch, build, drive and be inspired by experiencing what actually happens on the institution's campus, every day.
