Abstract
A program has been developed for spectral analysis using a medium size digital computer for computation and a general purpose analog computer for signal processing and system control. This package is FORTRAN callable, providing the user with a variety of changeable system parameters in order to maximize the desired information required. The basic algorithm used is the Fast Fourier Transform. The effect of sampling rates, quantization and noise are investigated with system accuracy given. Applicational examples are shown and results discussed.
