Abstract
Dr. O. Douglas Moses is currently the Vice Provost of Academic Affairs. A graduate of Cornell University, San Diego State University and University of
California Los Angeles, where he received his B.A., M.B.A. and Ph.D., respectively.
Dr. Moses has served at NPS as an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy and Associate Provost for Academic
Affairs, an Associate Dean and Associate Chair of Instruction, and as an Academic Associate for Financial Management. Dr. Moses has also been a
visiting lecturer at Stanford University, University of California Berkeley, Santa Cruz and Los Angeles, at California State University Hayward, San Jose
State University and at Golden Gate University.
