Abstract
LTC U.L.J. Sylvester Perera, Sri Lanka Army wrote, “The Lessons I Learned: Civil-Military Cooperation in Post-Conflict Sri Lanka,” published by CTX in May 2016. LTC Perera is a graduate student in Defense Analysis at NPS, and will graduate in June 2016. Advised by Professor Douglas Borer and Colonel Ian Rice, his thesis is titled, The influence of the Tamil Diaspora on Stability in Sri Lanka. Before attending NPS, LTC Perera was assigned to the Directing Staff at Defense Services Command and Staff College, and will return there upon graduating from NPS.
