Abstract
To determine if a relationship exists between the contract source selection strategy used, lowest price technically acceptable or tradeoff, and the contract pre-award and post-award performance metrics. The metrics we are focusing on are procurement administrative lead time, schedule delays, cost overruns, contractor performance ratings, and earned value management data. Our intent is to provide contracting professionals with relevant and reliable information to assist in selecting source selection strategies.
