Abstract
As the U.S. Partnership for Peace Training and Education Center (USPTC), the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), and its Defense Resources Management Institute, are playing a pivotal role in partnering with NATO on the Building Integrity (BI) program. The BI effort, established in 2007, seeks to empower developing nations across the world with the skills, knowledge and tools to build efficient, corruption-free defense institutions.
