Abstract
The object of this paper is to present the derivation of some transistor equivalent circuits and to show how the constants of one of these circuits may be evaluated. The laboratory work and a large part of the research to writing this thesis was done at the laboratories of the Advanced Development Group, RCA Victor Division, Camden, New Jersey, during the 1949 winter term.
