Abstract
This analysis is broken up into two parts, event analysis and insights derived from the experiments themselves. The former includes recommendations regarding the nature of the event organization and the relationship of the sponsors. The later identifies recommendations associated with a technological domain (biometrics) that may need emphasis going forward and suggests attributes that may be associated with these areas. Appendixes provide: the Request for Information (RFI), list of experiments and schedule, document reflects the opinions of the author and does not represent the official policy or position of the Naval Postgraduate School, the United States Navy, or any other government organization. The date in the appendices were provided by the participants and have only been edited for clarity.
