dc.description.abstractA non-linear computer model of a U.S. Navy D-type boiler was developed using lumped parameters. the program was coded in IBM CSMP-III simulation language. A companion routine was also coded to permit the user to implement the model for a particular boiler using only readily accessible data. The model was adapted for a Combustion Engineering Type V-2M boiler for analysis.en_US
