CISAC enables a unique Track II dialogue among technical, military, and policy experts that addresses arms control problems from a technical perspective, and identifies the most promising opportunities for collaboration via official channels. The overall goal of the dialogue is the maintenance and reinforcement of a resilient and transparent strategic stability with Russia.
