Abstract
Herein is presented a derivation and computational formulation for a modified Kolomogorov-Sminov test. This test extends the hypothesis testing and confidence limits advantages of the Kolomogorov-Smirnov test to data which is censored beyond a predetermined number of observations. A listing of the computer program used in the calculations of significance periods and the resulting significance levels for specified parameter values for the modified test are included.
