Abstract
Major James Capra, USAF, reviewed Harnessing the Sky: "Trap" Trapnell, the U.S. Navy's Aviation Pioneer, 1923-1952, in the Air and Space Power Journal, Summer 2016. With a B.S. in Irregular Warfare, Major Capra is completing his master’s degree in Defense Analysis and will graduate in Fall 2016. His thesis is titled, Slow Gains and Rapid Costs: Airpower in Irregular Warfare; Professor Sepp Kalev is his advisor. Upon graduation, Major Capra will be assigned to Hickam Air Force Base as Command and Control Director of Operations at the Multi-Domain Operations Center. The Naval Postgraduate School and the Graduate Writing Center congratulate Major Capra on the publication of his review and his upcoming graduation and future assignment.
