Abstract
L) FBCF Calculator is performed and identifies the similarities and differences between the methodologies to include an analysis of the output of each calculator. Our analysis indicates that while the methodologies used to calculate the FBCF vary among the Services, they share common underlying principles and the FBCF methodologies can produce similar results. Recommendations for follow on studies are provided.
