Abstract
This thesis investigates the reenlistment behavior of Ih S. Naval personnel who have completed more than two enlistment terms in the Navy. The Navy's 110 ratings are grouped into 24 occupational fields which represent clusters of similar skills, similar working conditions, and similar duty assignments. Multiple regression techniques are used to examine the relationship of economic variables to career reenlistment behavior.
