Ms. ESHOO. Madam Speaker, I rise today to honor the work of California Assemblyman Mark Stone who is retiring after serving five terms as a state legislator. He is a leader with a strong and well-earned reputation as an environmental defender and as a champion of the rights of California’s most vulnerable residents.
