Abstract
Many scientists, engineers, and students see computing as a technology field but not a field of science or engineering. This project's long-range objective is to replace this with a new understanding, the computing is great domain of science, on par with the physical, life, and social sciences. This new understanding will make the field more attrative for students and science collaborators.
