The ratio of the charge form factor of lithium seven to the charge form factor of lithium siz was measured by high energy electron scattering techniques. Using the well known form factor for lithium seven the form factor for lithium six was determined by finding a best fit to the measured ratios at low values of momentum transfer sqared (q[squared]). From this manipulation a root mean square radius of 2.65 Fermi was determined for the lithium six nucleus.

Charge transfer between Li ions and Li atoms in the 14-1000-eV energy region
Lorents, D.C.; Black, D.; Heinz, O. (American Physical Society, 1965-02-15);By means of a crossed-beam technique, the absolute cross section for charge transfer between lithium ions and lithium atoms has been measured for incident ions energies ranging from 14 to 1000 eV. The lithium ions are ... -
Characterization of graphite lithium-ion cells
Moseley, Steven D. (Monterey California. Naval Postgraduate School, 2007-09);This thesis explores the characterization of graphite lithium-ion cells. A control procedure was performed to ensure any capacity loss or gain seen in tests was not the result of cell cycling. Vibration testing of the ... -
