Equivocal areas in chaplain/ministerial counseling ethics
Abstract
[W]hat is the present status of the ethical counseling practices, as revealed by a sampling of a cross section of our clergy? Do they indicate explicitly and carefully considered convictions and well-defined ethical practices? Are certain ethical philosophies consistently employed or is there a prevalence of eclecticism? Will a cross section of Protestant clergymen reveal a solidarity or a divergence of opinion in their counseling ethics?
