Brigadier Khan is a Flag Level Officer in the Pakistan Army with 29 years of service. He has seen combat and command on several fronts. With an extensive background in arms control, disarmament and international treaties, he formulated Pakistan's security policy on nuclear war arms control and strategic stability in South Asia. He is currently an analyst with the Brookings Institution.en_US
