dc.description.abstractOptimal control of systems governed by delayed-differential equations is explored by using the control theory developed for systems governed by ordinary differential equations. A simple algorithm for producing a suboptimal control law with restricted feedback is presented. Two examples illustrate the computational method. (Author)en_US
