A basic approach to evaluating and predicting VP crew performance.
Abstract
A basic approach to the problem of evaluating or predicting a crew's
performance for the VT community is presented. The method uses an application
of multiple regression analysis techniques to a model which
has training parameters as its variables.
The results would allow the squadron or wing commanding officer to
predict a crew's performance before the actual flight and to determine
how to allocate training time for the squadron.
