Elements of simulation in general and of electronic warfare (EW) in particular are presented. In the area of EW simulation, radio frequency (RF) stimulation is emphasized. A survey of four current or proposed EW simulators is presented. Finally, desirable features to look for in an EW simulator are discussed.
