This thesis presents a computer program designed to analyze the data a TV camera for investigating laser beam propagation through the atmosp It uses aspects of Fourier optical theory to analyze the TV image to measure the effects of atmospheric disturbance and platform stability o the target spot. The understanding and analysis of these effects are increasingly important as lasers and other optical devices experience increased use in military applications.
