dc.description.abstractThe application of the Articulated Total Body Model Program, and the associated Generator of Body Data (GEBOD), VIEW and IMAGE programs, to the study of biodynamic responses of anthropomorphic test devices and humans to excitations resulting from underwater explosion events is investigated. An overview of each program is presented, and then a single example is followed through the entire modeling and simulation process. Validation and extension of the model, as well as two-and three-dimensional visualization of the predicted body motion, are discussed.en_US
