Abstract
Mr. REYES. Madam Speaker, today I would like to commend Dr. Carson Eoyang on completing 33 years of federal service. Dr. Eoyang brought a wealth of experience to his time at the DNI. Prior to his service with the DNI, Dr. Eoyang served as the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, where he was responsible for academic administration. He also ran the School’s executive education programs
