dc.description.abstractThis paper is a sequel to an article by the author, concerned with a canonical control problem involving state constraints in which the control enters in the second derivative of the constraint. Extensions of the results obtained there are developed herein for a general form of the control problem of Bolza with the above type of constraints. It is also shown that modified forms hold true for the relation H = H and for the transversal ity relation usually obtained in problems of this type.en_US
