Tender and repair ship load list forecasting

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Tender and Repair Ship Load List (TARSLL). It begins by describing the TARSLL development process. It discusses the inventory forecasting model used describing the formulas and their underlying assumptions. Problems with the model are identified and discussed with recommendations for improvement. Procedural problems onboard the tenders which have an impact on the TARSLL development process are also identified as well as recommendations for correction.
