Assistant Professor of Systems Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering Dr. Rachel Goshorn officially
became the Naval Postgraduate School’s first Command, Control Communications, Computers and Intelligence
(C4I) Chair at a special signing ceremony with NPS President Daniel Oliver, Jan. 25. Goshorn also serves as
faculty lead for the Network-Centric Systems Engineering Track and Director of the university’s Network-Centric
Systems Engineering Laboratory.
