In conjunction with the NPS, C.S. Department MWC Group, the objective of this research is to develop a DTN protocol to allow messaging between front line troops, to develop message prioritization algorithms for DTN routing, and to Develop analytical and simulation models to study related performance parameters: Duplicate messages in the network at the time of delivery, End to end latency of message delivery, and Probability of message delivery.
