Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Provost Dr. Leonard Ferrari has been named NPS acting presidnet by the Secretary of the Navy, effective Ja. 2. The Secretary of the Navy had previously selected Ferrari to by the new NPS provost, effective Oct 1, 2006.
