Former NPS President Takes Helm at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command

U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. 10th Fleet (FCC/C10F) conducted a change of command April 2 at the
Frank B. Rowlett Building located at Fort George G. Meade, Md.
Vice Adm. Jan E. Tighe relieved Adm. Michael S. Rogers as commander in a ceremony held at fleet
headquarters.
With this appointment, Tighe becomes the third commander of FCC/C10F and the first female commander
of a numbered fleet in U.S. Navy history.
