dc.description.abstractA general tool capable of interactively creating, displaying, modifying, and managing lists of material specifications is required for the display of 3D icons on the Silicon Graphics Inc. IRIS 4D workstation. The Naval Postgraduate School Material Editor (NPSME) fulfills these requirements using an interactive interface and provides direct support for the Naval Postgraduate School's Command and Control Workstation of the Future project.en_US
