dc.description.abstractThis paper develops an analytical model that can very simply provide important insights into the consequences (in terms of combat outcomes) generated by different C2 architectures for information processing. A Lanchester-type model of force-on-force combat that reflects C2 architecture at the platform level is developed through detailed analysis of the target-engagment cycle for a single typical firer in modern tank combat.en_US
