The purpose of this project is to analyze the effects of Title II Weapon Systems Acquisition Reform Act (WSARA) of 2009 on the Program Executive Office (PEO) Combat Support and Combat Service Support (CS&CSS). Our methodology includes a literature review as well as interviews with program office stakeholders.
