In this Viewpoints episode, John Rollins, CHDS instructor and Specialist in Terrorism and National Security, Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Trade Division, discusses the unique challenges with respect to National Security for a new administration in this first presidential transition since 9/11. In the interview John provides recommendations for new leadership to promote strategic changes in decision and policy-making for Homeland Security.
