Abstract
Captain Barnes completed a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio in December 1988. He was then selected for the Air Force Officer Exchange Program and assumed new duties as an instructor for the Department of Computer Science, Naval Post Graduate School. He currently teaches Introduction to Computer Architecture, Software Systems Design, Computers in Combat Systems, and the Ada programming language.
