The Royal Saudi Naval Force (RSNF) is about to modernize its fleet under the Saudi Naval Expansion Program II (SNEP II). A part of this program includes upgrading and rebuilding its information technology (IT) infrastructure. The United States Naval Supply Business Systems Center (NAVSUP BSC) presented three strategies to the RSNF. The goal is to help RSNF set the direction for upgrading its IT logistics applications. This thesis evaluates the three options proposed by NAVSUP BSC. The aim is to recommend an IT solution to NAVSUP BSC and RSNF to support RSNF modernization efforts. This thesis illustrates how the commercial off-the-shelf SAP S/4HANA is the most favorable IT solution for the RSNF.en_US
