dc.description.abstractThe goal of the project is to analyze the fully captured cost (USMC and DOD enterprise costs) of current over the horizon communication and its ramifications for equipping the MAGTF during ship to shore operations in support of amphibious and MPF operations in conventional and STOM scenarios. The study will consider both attended and unattended communications systems. It will consider terrestrial, aerial, and space-based communications systems.en_US
