Relationship between Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Surveillance, and Installation Level Contractor Performance

Abstract

Problem Statement: DoD continues to increase amount of services contracts. Determining the impact of a COR’s role on contractor performance is necessary to ensure value is added to the taxpayer, warfighter, and national security strategy.
