This interactive tutorial helps students explore Earned Value Management as a tool to quantify project progress. Animations are used to illustrate various concepts. The learning objectives of this tutorial are: Construct a baseline for Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled given a resource-loaded schedule., Describe the impact of changing the resources or time required to complete a task., Analyze a graph of Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP)., Describe the impact of different values of ACWP and BCWP on cost variance and schedule variance., Use ACWP and BCWP data to estimate cost at completion.
