NPS Programs Provide a Foundation for Mali's Evolving Democracy [video]

Eight military and government officials from the Republic of Mali in West Africa were sent to NPS for a foundational education in systems of government and security. Graduating in September 2018, they now return to their nation with hopes of applying what they've learned to a new Interministerial Agency in the Malian government.
