Heats of Formation of α-Phase Silver-Cadmium Alloys
Orr, Raymond L.
MetadataShow full item record
Heats of formation at 308 deg K were determined for a series of alloys covering the alpha phase of the cadmium- silver alloy system. The data are well represented by a regular solution equation with an added short-range order term except near the alpha-phase boundary where there is a positive energy effect. (auth)

Geometric formation with uniform distribution and movement in formation of distributed mobile robots Alptekin, Gokhan (Monterey, California. Naval Postgraduate School, 1996-06);The formation problem of distributed mobile robots was studied in the literature for idealized robots. Idealized robots are able to instantaneously move in any direction, and are equipped with perfect range sensors. In ...
Chang, C.-P.; Wong, T. S. (2008);The formation of Typhoon Vamei on 27 December 2001 in the southern South China Sea was the first-observed tropical cyclogenesis within 1.5 degrees of the equator. This rare event was first detected by observations of typhoon ...
Cesur, Fatih. (Monterey, California. Naval Postgraduate School, 2005-06);Formation movement is vital to preserve security among its units during military operations. We plan movement of a military formation over real, or simulated terrain, maximally preserving the relative positions of units ...
